About Us
Trustees, Co-Optees and vMOPs
Meet the Trustees and Co-Optees who help guide and support Brockwell Park Community Partners. Our team is dedicated to preserving, improving, and advocating for the park, working together to benefit the community and its visitors.
Dr Ann Kingsbury
Ann has been Chair of BPCP since 2010. She is a former Councillor for West Dulwich Ward (formerly Thurlow Park) and a member of BPCP’s Biodiversity Committee.
Derek Hoare
Derek helped to found BPCP. He is a former Chair of Friends of Brockwell Park and more recently, as Treasurer, has helped to put the Brockwell Park Community Greenhouses on a sound financial footing. Derek became Vice Chair of BPCP in 2012.
Richard Wrigley
Richard joined the committee two years at the 2023 AGM, replacing Susy Hogarth who had served for eight years.
Paul McGlone
Paul joined the Committee following his election at the 2022 AGM
Susy Hogarth
After serving as secretary for eight years, Susy retired from the post to concentrate on biodiversity projects in the park.
Nikiaisha Thompson
Nikiaisha is a member of the governing body of brixton BMX Club. We welcomed her to the Trustee body at the AGM in 2023.
Peter Ely
Peter joined the trustee body as a co-optee in 2023. He is a local resident and a member of Rise and Gardens Residents’ Group.
