I went in to the cafe today and neither the woman manning the til and making drinks not the man preparing the food in the kitchen we’re wearing masks or gloves. Can you tell me why this is please? One in 30 people in London have Covid. If they are exempt for medical reasons they should not be working in a food preparation and public service area.

This Cafe is a joke I had ordered what was meant to be Cumberland Sausage Bap paid for the supposed quality Sausage Bap but actually got a very bad quality Cheap brand Sausage that was so over cooked or left under a heat till zapped it in microwave!! It was absolutely despicable how misleading the menu is!!! I had to give my dogs the so called sausages as I couldn’t bring myself to eat this cheap god knows what meat it was!!!! Don’t eat here coffee was okay passable if you are in desperate need but I’ll advise go to the Lido cafe or outside park you’ll find great Cafes. Amazing building in the right hands they could make a killing but sorry not good enough!!! Dulwich park has an amazing Cafe which is constantly busy take a hint Brockwell Cafe get with the program!!!!!

    1. We are waiting on the decision of the Lottery Heritage Fund, where Lambeth has applied for funding to restore Brockwell Hall. If successful, there will be changes that give the public greater access to the Hall with a properly designed Cafe. There will be a review of catering as part of the restoration.
