Walled Garden’s fountain not working

Recently the Walled Garden’s fountain has had some problems which has resulted in some of the pointing being affected. Today I have had to switch off the fountain to prevent further damage to the paving. Blakedowns [contractor] are aware of this and are waiting to get a repair carried out to fix the existing problem.
